Privacy policy
This is the privacy policy for pgtechsolutionsllc.com, the website of PG Tech Solutions LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company based in Mequon, Wisconsin. We intentionally minimize the personal information collected through this website. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
What this site collects
The site itself has no accounts and no contact forms. It doesn't use cookies, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Web analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic: how many people visit, which pages they read, and basic performance data like page load times. It's cookie-free, doesn't fingerprint your browser, and doesn't build a profile that follows you across visits or across other websites. We've also turned off data collection for visitors in the European Union.
What happens automatically
- Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We don't use them to identify visitors.
- Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, your IP address reaches Google. Google's privacy policy governs that request.
Scheduling through Calendly
The "book a review" buttons link to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Anything you enter there (your name, email, meeting details) is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
If you email us, we retain the correspondence as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain appropriate business records.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use it for anything beyond running the business: responding to you, scheduling calls, and doing the work you hire us for.
Client work
If you become a client, we may handle data inside your business systems as part of an engagement. How we treat that data is set out in your written service agreement, not this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
